Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Match invoices to receiving documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues promptly.
• Assist with month-end closing and provide AP-related reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure accurate coding and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.

Qualifications

• Required:
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
